We identified critical IA requirements:

• Role-Based Information Architecture: Same data, different presentations for each persona
• Decision-Centric Organization: Structure around workflow stages, not document types
• Mobile-First Hierarchy: Critical information accessible in 2-3 taps on mobile
• AI Transparency Integration: Reasoning and confidence indicators embedded throughout

Challenge 1: Multi-Stakeholder Information Needs

Problem: Traditional construction tools organize by document type (specs, drawings, schedules), but users think in terms of decisions they need to make.

Our Approach: Decision-Centric Information Architecture

• Organize content around key decision points in preconstruction workflow
• Layer information by urgency and stakeholder role
• Provide multiple access paths to the same information

Problem: Construction projects involve interconnected information - scope changes affect subcontractors, which affect schedules, which affect budgets.
